| Cessna 172 S - SkyHawk |

A Cessna 172SP Skyhawk at ILA 2006The Skyhawk SP was introduced in 1998 and is powered by a Lycoming IO-360L2A producing 180 horsepower. The maximum engine rpm was increased from 2,400 rpm to 2,700 rpm resulting in a 20hp increase over the "R" model. As a result, the maximum takeoff weight was increased to 2,550 lbs (1,157kg).
The 172SP is built primarily for the private owner-operator and is offered with the Garmin G1000 avionics package as standard equipment and leather seats.

The Cessna 182 is an all-metal (mostly aluminum alloy) aircraft, although some parts such as engine cowling nosebowl and wingtips, are made of fiberglass or thermoplastic material. Its wing has the same planform as the smaller Cessna 172 and the larger 205/206 series; however, some wing details such as flap and aileron design are the same as the 172 and are not like the 205/206 components. |

The Piper Seneca I is a multi-engine, six passenger, complex, VFR & IFR multi-engine aircraft that can travel approximately 450 nm before needing to refuel. It cruises around 140 kts / 165 mph and works well as a business travel machine due to the increased range and useful load over the singles. The Seneca I is the perfect aircraft to obtain the multi-engine rating in due to its docile characteristics and simplistic system design.
